ELETTRoPoMPE AD TNGRANAGGT SER|E F - FIIFMLe pompe ad ingranaggi serie F - ff/FM sono pompe autoadescanti

adatte al travaso e spinta di liquidi privi di sospensioni solide a bassa

e media viscositd fino a temperature max di 200"C.

L'esecuzione standard b adatta per temperature max di 90"C.

Pressioni max 10 bar.

Possono essere dotate di valvola by-pass incorporata,

I settori di maggiore applicazione sono,

- Travaso e spinta di gasolio o nafta ai bruciatori di combustihili li-quidi con polverizazione pneumatica.

- Pompa di "anello" negli impianti di adduzione di combustibili li-quidi a bruciatori / caldaie.

- Carico scarico di olii diatermici nelle caldaie.

- Convogliamento nei dosatori di additivi per calcestruzo.

- Lubrificazione di compressori frigoriferi (olio + tracce di ammo-

niaca o freon).

Lubrificazione di grossi riduttori.

Circolazione di olio nelle macchine lavasecco industriali.

Circolazione di olio in grossi trasformatori elettrici.

Dosaggio di colori nelle macchine laboratorio per I'industria tes-

sile e dell'auto.

Convogliamento di acque emulsionate.

Spinta di olii - nafte - gasoli nei sistemi serbatoi / pompa / conla-

tore volumetrico / pistola.

Convogliamento di liquidi a bassa viscositi quali acque - additivi- solventi etc.

Convogliamento di liquori nell'industria alimentare,

Sono pompe ad ingranaggi flangiate dotate di lanterna e giunto lavo-

rato per l'applicazione a motori standard forma B3/B14 grandeza

71-80-90-100.

POMPE AD INGRANAGGI FTG.FMG.FMZ-FMX

Sono pompe ad ingranaggiflangiate direttamente ad un motore con

flangia ed uscita d'albero speciali.

L'albero motore funge da albero conduttore della pompa. Nell'esecu-

zione in ghisa sono previste due motorizazioni: una per pressioni

max di 5 bar (serie FT) - una per pressioni max di 10 bar (serie FM). I

motori possono essere forniti anche in versione antideflagrante con

certificazione Cesi.

GEAR M0N0BL0G ELECTRoPUMPS SET F-FIIFMThe gears pumps set F-FVFM are selfpriming and suitable t0 tran-

sfer and to push liquids without solid suspensions for low/average

viscosity up lo max temperature of 200'C and pressure of 10 bar.

The standard execution is suitable for max temperature of 90"C. 0n

request, the pump can be equipped with internal valve by-pass.

The main application are:

- To transler and to spray fuel oil, or heavy oil to burners withpneumatic spraing,

- As auxiliary pump t0 push fuel oil or heavy oilto the pump of the

burners with mechanical spraing.

GEAR PUMPS RANGE FG-FZ-FX

The range FG-FZ-FX are flanged pumps equipped with strainer andmachined coupling to fit standard motors form B3/B14, frame71-80-90-100.

GEAR PUMPS RANGE FrG/FMc - FMZ-FMXThe range FTG/FMG-FMZ-FMX are flanged pumps fitted on a spe-cial shaft/flange motor. The cast iron execution can be equippedwith two different m0t0r powers: one for max pressure of 5 bar(range FT), one for max pressure of l0 bar (range FM). The motorscan be supplied also in flame proof execution with CESI certificate.
