ZERO VOLUME ADAPTERS

Minimun Delta Pressure for opening: 1 bar

- Very low pressure drop through the valve with increased flow capacity during filling

- Can be mounted at any position between 0º (top) and 180º on the tank - Designed for use on all tanks between 200mm and 600mm diameter - High repetitive filling precision is ensured under extreme working pressure and temperatures

- Leakage is minimized after cut-off of the 80% Fill-Stop far less than R67-01 and UL requirements

Electronic level gauge with solenoid 80% fill stop. No more moving parts, fully electronic for most precise level indication and fill stop shut off. No more noises from moving parts, very flexible configuration.

Simply replaces float level gauge and 80% fill stop on a 4-5 hole cylinder

Zero volume adapter reduce gas release when decoupling the filling nozzle to a minimum. Zero volume adapters are only helpful if they stay permanently installed. Directly connects to 3/8" NPT filling inlet (for example on A100 or A6155, etc)

The SRG Compact Adapter in connection with the cylinder valve allows to deliver an unreduced pressure which is required for the operation of torches, burners and furnaces for commercial and industrial applications. Rated for inlet pressure of between 0,3 and 16 bar the adapter has a capacity of 8,0 kg gas/h.

The adapter will be directly connected with the cylinder valve.There are no tools required to connect the adapter to the valve.
