COMPANY PROFILE

Incorporated as a licensed realty firm in 1998, VAK ventured into the public construction industry after finding success in the residential and private commercial markets.

Vital to our growth as a General Contractor has been the NYC School Construction Authority’s Mentor Program. As a recent graduate, we’ve become familiar with the ins and outs of design, construction, and construction management in New York City’s public sector. Our four years in the program have also afforded us the opportunity to add a number of rewarding contracts to our resume; projects as varied as ADA

restrooms to Auditorium Upgrades & Library/Science Lab renovations; all while establishing relationships with a variety of Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Construction Managers.

Founded by Owen M. Olivier, with son, Wayne Olivier as co-principal, and daughter, Karla Olivier as legal counsel, VAK of Brooklyn prides itself on quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
