VAG 1.4 TSI Twincharged –Blow Off & Diverter Valve

Installation Instructions

Tools Needed: 1x Torx 30 Screwdriver 1x Torx 20Screwdriver

1x 3mm Allen(Hex) Screwdriver 1x Plier

1x Philips Screwdriver 1x High Temp RTV Sealant

1. Remove the 3x T30 screws and remove the hose spring clamp and the hose

2. Remove the plastic boost/turbo pipe as indicated by the arrows

3. Remove the two boost hoses from the actuator and the turbo for more space.

4. Remove the 2x T30 screws from the stock DV/N249 and also the elec. Plug

5. Fit the TMG Performance Valve using the stock 2xT30 Screws . !! Connect again the boost hoses at the actuator and the turbocharger!!

6. Disconnect the left hose from the N80 and also remove the N80 Valve from the base

for more space.

7. Remove the 2xT20 screws from the MAP Sensor under the N80 Valve

8. Remove the electrical plug from the MAP Sensor

9. Insert the MAP Sensor into the TMG MAP Adapter as shown in the picture and

connect the silicone boost hose also .

10. Apply a thin layer of high temp. RTV Sealant only at the bottom side of the MAP Sensor adapter ,then install back again the MAP Adapter and the MAP Sensor at the intake manifold and secure with the provided self-tapping screws .

11. Install back the N80 Valve and the left hose at the N80 Valve.

12. Remove the 1xT30 Screw from the PCV Valve and insert below the supplied TMG

Mount for the Solenoid Valve .(For MK5 Cars, you must find other place for the TMG Mount)

13. Tighten back the 1xT30 Screw at the PCV Valve, Install the supplied Solenoid Valve at

the mount and secure it with the 2x3mm Allen(Hex) Screws.

14. Connect the silicone hose from the MAP Adapter to the Solenoid Valve as shown in the picture and secure it with tie wrap.

15. Install the electrical plug of the stock DV/N249 at the Solenoid Valve and connect the

silicone hoses from the TMG Performance valve to the Solen.Valve as shown below.

16. Install back the plastic boost-turbo pipe and secure it with the 3xt30 Screws.Connect

to the turbo pipe the hose.

17. Check again everything and road test the vehicle.
