We are Agrovet Market Animal Health, a Peruvian company compromised from its beginning with the animal health and welfare. We are dedicated to the development and export of pharmaceutical products for veterinary use, innovative products conceived by a combination of research and creativity, indispensable competences in all our activities.

We look forward to facilitating the therapeutic and preventive work of the specialists in animal health and welfare, offering differentiated alternatives that optimize and ease their work. Modern facilities approved and certified by SENASA (National Agrarian Health Service) according to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of the WHO, allow us to offer products that are manufactured under strict quality standards.

The creative and technical development oriented toward the uncovered needs of veterinary doctors, breeders and proprietors, and the constant technical-commercial support given to our representatives, have allowed us to position our products in different parts of the world. We have strategic alliances in more than 40 countries, with representatives of Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Our alliances give faith of our eagerness of growth and creative spirit, as well as of the efficacy and innovation of our products; thus converting us in one of the main veterinary companies and the main exporter of veterinary products of Peru.

Our spirit of research is not only limited to the pharmaceutical development of new solutions

in our modern research and development laboratory. Through agreements with universities,

formative institutions and producer associations, we actively promote the academic research

in our country and abroad. This permits us not only to guarantee the effectiveness and

harmlessness of our products, but also to work with the professionals of today and tomorrow

in the generation of know-how and technology that support significant improvements in health

care and animal welfare, increases in the production and livestock productivity and a better life

quality for the populations involved at regional, national and international levels.

In Agrovet Market Animal Health, we feel proud of creating new standards for the industry,

generating innovative solutions for the professionals of the animal health and production, as

well as welfare for our collaborators, our partners and our society.

Who are we?

“To offer veterinary pharmaceutical products of unique class, developed in a creative

and innovative way, with a quality that allows us an international projection and the local

consolidation through the formal establishment of strategic alliances”.

“In 10 years we will be the leader company in the Latin American veterinary pharmaceutical

market, not just in sales levels, but also in the creation of value, innovation and the excellence

of our processes; with products obtained through high standards of quality, social responsibility

and with a continuous adaptation to the needs of our markets “.

Our effort, dynamism and creativity won us a first recognition in 2002 when we obtained the

prize “Creatividad Empresarial” (Business Creativity), offered to our product Hematofos B12®,

first veterinary product to receive this award. Besides, we were considered by Animal Pharm,

the main magazine of the veterinary global pharmaceutical market, in its December 2002

edition. In 2004 we were offered the “Trofeo de Oro a la Excelencia Empresarial” (Golden

Trophy for Business Excellence) by the Consejo Superior Internacional de Prensa (Superior

International Press Council). In 2005 we were awarded the prize “Empresa Peruana del Año”

(Peruvian Company of the Year) in the area of veterinary products.

These awards have committed us to continue encouraging our culture and have allowed us to

compete on a worldwide basis with the most renowned companies of the sector in markets that

are increasingly demanding. The release of products such as Doramec® L.A., the first injectable

doramectin developed in Latin America; Doraquest® L.A., the world first gel for horses based

on doramectin; Fipronex® Duo, the first fipronil-pyriproxyfen association in the world; Ket-

A-Xyl®, a novel anesthetic combination; Tylo-Combisone®; Fasiject® Plus, the first injectable

triclabendazole; Catofos® B9+B12; Proxifen® 23 L.A., among others, has only confirmed our

innovative spirit, which has been the base of the sustained growth of our company during the

last years.

We began our operations in 1994, with the vision of establishing new standards in the

pharmaceutical veterinary industry in Peru through innovation, quality of service and the

veterinary products offered.

Since our foundation, we had defined that our main objective would be “to contribute in an

efficient way to the improvement of the animal health care and animal welfare through the

development and elaboration of differentiated veterinary medicines, oriented to the prevention

and treatment of the diverse illnesses of production animals and pets”.

The constant overcoming of our achieved standards, our concern and commitment to the welfare

and training of all our staff members, as well as the creative and continuous development of

our products, with emphasis on the quality and continuous adaptation to our markets, have

permitted us a fast expansion toward international markets of products for the care of the

animal health.

After 16 years of hard work, we believe that we are achieving the designed objectives and our

commitment grows stronger every time. With a line of veterinary medicines of more than 120

products, we are pioneers in the export of veterinary medicines in Peru, representing more

than 55% of our total sales.

We believe that the vision of the future has been already transformed to a real and concrete

mission, which requires us to be firmer in the values that we promote. We consider that our

slogan “ To offer products of unique class for the national and international market”, is more

than just that. It is an integral philosophy: to do business in a different way in the veterinary

pharmaceutical market, working locally but thinking in a global way, carrying our products,

value and innovation from Peru to the world.

Our philosophy
