Steam Jet Ejectors

Steam jet ejectors are used to create vacuum covering 40 mm Hg. Absolute.

Two stage Ejector with Condenser:This system is the assembly of 2 units whose construction is similar to single stage withinter condenser. Steam of the 1st stage is expanded through nozzle entrains the air orother gases and discharges them to diffusers at a maximum pressure in the condenser.

The discharge from the first stage will then directed to condenser which reduces volumeof discharge gases. These gases turn discharged with the help of 2nd stage ejector. TheSteam Jet Booster and Ejector is required to be placed at sufficient height to drain theejector condenser barometrically. If barometric installation is not possible then anotherextraction pump is provided to drain the condenser in vacuum. The discharge ofexhaust steam and entrained gases is directed to the atmosphere

Three Stage EjectorIt is similar in construction like Single Stage Ejector, but having intermediate

condensers. This Ejector comprises of Booster Ejector, Booster condenser and a 2 -Stage Ejector, Two Stage Ejector consists of a high vacuum ejector, a inter condenserand a minimum vacuum ejector.This system will give higher vacuum and can handlesmaximum quantity of condensable vapors.Gas vapor mixture is discharged from the first stage into the condenser where the OS iscondensed and gases are cooled. The cooled gases are then entrained by the second

stage and discharged into the second inter condenser. Here, the steam used in thesecond stage is condensed. The gases are finally entrained by the third stage anddischarged to atmosphere.

Water Jet Ejector

Our Water jet ejector, water jet ejector system converts water into a motive force. Thewater in the machine is induced and condensates are condensed. Separated noncondensed gases are then compressed in the diffuser and discharged into a constantlevel of sea water tank against atmospheric pressure. The pressure ejected by theseejectors depends on the temperature of water or any other motivating fluids. Mostlypressure nearly equals to the vapor pressure of the operating liquid at operating

temperature. These injectors serve the purpose best and are economical whencondensable vapors are to be handled.
