RELEASE SCHEDULES Community: 127,500,000 A majority of tokens, 51%, will be earned via proof of one’s work on the protocol towards the LunarCrush ecosystem. In the very beginning, community members will do the things they already do on LunarCrush, research and analysis, referring people to join, and accomplishing tasks. Each day those community members will split a pool of Lunr. The daily release schedule is shown below. More information on how to earn points will follow in a later section. EARNING REWARDS Meritocracy. A system in which advancement is based on individual ability or achievement. Moreover, Lunr believes in a system of members working individually where the advancement of the Community creates a higher index of achievement for everyone. The community member benefit looks like the below: Members earn rewards in the fashion of points, the more consistent you are with earning rewards, the higher your bonus reward multiplier becomes. At the end of every 24-hour cycle, all the points are tallied, and then Lunr is distributed pro-rata based on a share of rewards in each 24-hour cycle.

EXISTING COMMUNITY REWARD DISTRIBUTION For the members who have been a part of the community for so long and have already put in the proof of work towards the protocol, they will receive an allocation reward based on six tiers. The original allocation amount of 780,000 Lunr tokens will only have 779,907.2500 go out autonomously. GOVERNANCE In protection of fair distribution, Lunr is announcing governance and voting rights. Day 0 – 60 Data gathering, research, community outreach Day 45 – 90 Governance system planning and design Day 120 Anchor Proposal – Informed through research, planning, and design. Anchor Proposal will include adjustments or affirmations to all Proposal Types:

1. Lunr Release Schedule and Amounts 2. Daily and Weekly Rewards 3. Reward Multipliers 4. Levels

At each level achieved, starting with level 2, community members will receive an NFT representing the pro-rata share of their voting rights. Level NFTs are activated by the corresponding hodling requirements in Section 4. It is important to note, any Lunr holder who can prove the ownership of an address with enough Lunr to achieve level 2 status is a valid voter. The levels are a protocol wide implementation. Level 2: 1 Vote Level 3: 1 Vote Level 4: 1 Vote Level 5: 1 Vote As the community votes to add new levels, each new level shall only be worth 1 new vote. This prevents an abundance of power for members who hold a large amount of Lunr, but still rewards individuals for their proof of work towards to the protocol. SUBMITTING PROPOSALS After a community member achieves Level 4 on the Lunr protocol, they will now be allowed to submit proposals via our new governance portal. Any level above 4 will continue to be allowed to submit proposals thereafter as new levels may be added by the community, the Level 4 NFT mint will become the key to proposal submission. 66.667% quorum is needed for proposals to pass and be implemented, this can be voted on and adjusted through a proposal submission and subsequent successful quorum and passed vote. A supermajority of 55.00% of quorum must be achieved for a proposal to be implemented. There is a 30-day time limit on Active proposals. If 30-days has passed and a proposal has not achieved quorum, proposals will be closed. PROPOSAL TYPES 1.
