i. Key Achievements - Quarter 4 has been completed with a wide variety of achievements across all lines of business, including:
● Staff engagement and training continued, recruitment activities completed as required● Authoring work resulted in the the addition of 4979 new concepts for the January 2018 release.● ICD-11 pilot map containing 6000 concepts from the starter set completed one day earlier thanks
to the volunteer efforts from the CAN, US, IRE and NL teams.● SNOMED CT International Edition Beta/Members release made available and Spanish Edition
released● Managed Service - Belgium onboarded, Swedish Extension successfully released and US Content
Request Service migrated ● Successful execution of the business meetings and EXPO in partnership with Bratislava● Continued to promote SCT through a number of stakeholder engagement activities including:
- SNOMED International presence at AMIA and Infoway Partnership conferences- SCT Workshop successfully delivered to key stakeholders in China- SCT presentation delivered to key stakeholders at JCMI37 event in Osaka (Japan)- Presence at HIMSS Asia Pac 2017, Columbia HIMSS and at HIMSS Middle East
● External partnerships - JIC Patient Summary finalised and prepared for publication (Jan 2018)● Vendor toolkit phase 1 live and 177 students completed one of the SCT Courses● Pilots launched for E-learning pathways for SCT for Developers and Data Analysts● 75% of work items were completed by 31st December● The Team achieved the specified target for 19 (86%) of the 22 operational KPIs

ii. Looking Ahead - Quarter 1 2018 will be focused on:● SNOMED CT International Edition released on January 31● SCT QA Project commences with implementation of first of several iterations of pattern
corrections and the establishment of a plan as to which hierarchies to improve first ● Description Logic deployment to support Drugs and other content work● Onboarding of Norway to the Managed Service● Onboarding plans for new Member countries as required● Launch of Spanish Foundation Course● Attendance at HIMSS18 (Las Vegas) in March● Member Survey to be issued ● Adoption Maturity Model to be developed● Genomic Pilot to be finalized● Development of vendor engagement communications plan● Preparation for the April business meetings● Production of the year end financial statements for the DK and UK entities ● Annual external audit of the DK and UK entities● Revision of the current Performance Management process as a Lean initiative to streamline it
