• SRFs submitted daily to Logs cluster• Coordination meeting with WFP food, UNHAS and LC held twice weekly to

maximise the use of existing assets (swop, fill gaps etc)• Tasking is completed twice weekly for Juba and Rumbek from these meetings• Priority locations and sectors are provided by the ICWG not the LC

• This is 1 location of 24 we serve• Heli is the only access we can use at 2mt a rotation at

2 rotations/day• Within 4 days demands for Heli has gone from 1 day

to over 22 days to complete the request

Solutions & Constraints• Ongoing issues with airstrips, or lack of…… Bentiu!!• More air assets – congestion at airports, crew accommodation, funding• Best method is continue to coordinate using existing air assets and bring in ad-hoc

aircraft on an as need basis (in place now), this is cost recovery• Prepositioning – Preparedness strategy• One week ago we gave WFP food the use of 4 Helis in Rumbek as we had no cargo,

now we have demands for over 300mt within 1 week

Pipeline report• Provide clarity on incoming demands for the cluster• Allows us to plan in advance based on incoming requirements not only for

transport but storage• Information can be used for operational funding support
