PACKING:Carry-On Bags: one bag plus one personal item per passenger as long as it:• Weighs less than 40 lbs.• Does not exceed 45 inches in diameter• Fits in a overhead bin or underneath the seat in front of you• Any liquids and/or gels must be in a container weighing 3 ounces or less and must be in a quart size zip lock bag.

Checked Bags: we recommend that you take one bag per person. The airline fee for checked luggage varies by carrier, but isgenerally $25.00 per checked bag. Please be sure to check the airline website prior to packing for current details.

MEDICINES:All prescribed medicines must be in original plastic containers, the name on the bottle or container must match your travelidentification. These medicines should be placed in a quart size zip lock bag…we recommend that you place your medicine inyour carry-on.

Carry on liquid and gel medicines must be in 3oz containers and all must fit in one quart size zip lock bag.

VALUABLES:We also recommend that you place all valuables and cameras in your carry-on luggage. Your rooms will have safes that canbe used while at the hotel.

AIRPORT CHECK IN:The Delta ticket counter is located in the South Terminal. The AirTran and American Airlines ticket counter is located in theNorth Terminal. Check-in begins two hours prior to departure. Failure to check-in 60 minutes prior may result in denied boarding.

Please present your flight itinerary and valid U.S. Passport at the time of check in. For Non-U.S. citizens, in addition to yourpassport, you may be required to obtain a Dominican Visa. Please check with the Dominican Consulate for up-to-date Visarequirements.

DOCUMENTS:Please be sure to bring your Vacation Express documents that were sent to you via email. These documents consist of check-ininformation, flight itinerary, transfers and hotel voucher.

TRANSFERS:Ground transfers in Punta Cana are provided by Hotel Beds. Upon arrival in Punta Cana you will proceed to baggage claim toretrieve your luggage. After you have retrieved your luggage you will then proceed to immigration where you will be clearedto enter the country and be given an immigration card. In addition, you will be required to purchase a $10.00 (US) TouristCard. It is very important that you do not lose these cards; you must return it when leaving the country. Should you lose yourimmigration card you will be charged a fee (approximately $75.00 US) which is payable before leaving the country. After theimmigration process, you will move on to the ground transportation Hall where you will be greeted by the Hotel Beds represen-tative and directed to your transfer bus. You will then board an air-conditioned chartered motor coach and be transported tothe Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, which is approximately a 30 minute ride.

HOTEL CHECK IN:Vacation Express has made every effort to make sure your check in is as smooth as possible. Upon arrival at the Hard RockHotel & Casino, you will be directed to the check in area. Room keys and wristbands will be distributed at this time. Wristbandsmust be worn at all times; the wristband entitles you to all of your meals, drinks and non- motorized water sports. The wristbandwill also identify you as part of the V-103 group and will allow you access to V-103’s special events.

HOSPITALITY DESK:A V-103/Vacation Express hospitality desk will be stationed in the lobby. Stop by to get questions answered, or to pick up alist of planned activities.

HOTEL CHECK OUT:On the day of departure, you will need to have your bags packed and placed outside your door two hours prior to yourscheduled departure time. For example: If your flight departs 12:30pm, your pick up time for the airport will be 9:00am therefore, your bags will need to be out side your door by 7:00am. If you choose to carry your own bags to the lobby youwill need to be checked out and ready for pick up by 9:00am. Please have your credit card ready to take care of any incidentals you may incur.

You will then board your transfer bus/van to the Punta Cana Airport.
