Accident or Incident in accordance with Chapter 1 of ICAO Annex 13 or subjected to severe stress or

heat such as in a major Engine failure, accident or fire, or immersion in salt water while installed on an

aircraft operated by SIA. In addition, these Engines have not been operated by any government entity

or been in military service.

SIA certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, these Engines have no PMA Parts installed

or non-Type Certified Holder repairs embodied other than those authorized by the Engine

Manufacturer during the period of operation of the Engines.

The legal relationship between you and SIA under which this letter is provided is governed solely by the terms of the Aircraft Operating Lease Agreement, dated 12 March 2004 as further amended and supplemented.

• Has been operated, maintained, repaired and stored in accordance with the OEM engine andairframe manuals, maintenance schedule and within the defined operating limitations and environment.

• Has not been subjected to any accident, major failure or fire, extreme stress or over-temperature outside normal operation, or over-speed.
