Key Team Leaders Will Gruver—President
Will founded and has been the CEO of USP&E Global LLC since 2001. Throughout his professional career Will has seen the need for a more comprehensive company that focuses on the delivery of customized services to meet the needs of the client. Through expansion of our services offerings Will has guided the company into different arenas based on feedback from our clients. That simple philosophy remains our guidance today. Will is a member of Grace Church of Frisco, co-founded Feed My Starving Children – Frisco, Tribe Bible Club for Boys and Train Performing Arts. Will is a member of Strategic Coach and sits on the Board of Directors of Every Orphan’s Hope. Will is also active with the DFW chapter of the Northwestern University Alumni Association.
Jason Biermeier—Manager of Global Client Development & Support Jason Biermeier has been in the construction and development business for 12 years in both the capacity of project management/operations and business development. He has been on both sides of the equation as a developer and as a contractor. Jason has successfully put the right people with the right jobs and managed the multiple disciplines and relationships that exist in a construction project. Jason gives 100% dedication to his jobs and his clients which is what has made him successful in this industry along with understanding of all sides of the construction process.
Carl Daugherty—Vice President-Construction Services Carl Daugherty has been in the Construction and Engineering business for 20 years working as Project Engineer on large scale projects valued at $13 billion to working on smaller projects valued under $1 million. Carl has worked as Project Engineer as well as Project Manager for many national and international general contractors. Carl has worked internationally from Africa to South America, assembling and managing teams to perform projects in remote areas with great success. While working in the trades he obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and in 1996 received his MBA in Engineering. Carl is recognized for getting USP&E projects completed on schedule and within budget while having a zero accident track record.
Dee Dee Stone—Strategic Operations Dee Dee Stone graduated magna cum laude with her Master's degree in Accounting from West Texas A & M University in 2001 and has nine years experience in both public and private accounting. Her previous employment as an IRS auditor in the small business /self employed division as well as her experience assisting other small businesses to grow and achieve their goals through proper accounting, financial management, and tax planning make her a vital part of the USP&E team.
Nathaniel Winn—Operations Nathaniel Winn has operational experience across a variety of industries, from non-profit through engineering and construction firms. Along with his technical expertise and customer service background, he is uniquely suited to support USP&E ongoing operations.
