Session Properties• Step 1 -- Open WS_FTP• Step 2 -- Enter the information as requested:

Profile Name: tripod

Host Name/Address: ftp.tripod.com

Host Type: Automatic detect

User ID: Your Lycos / Tripod account

Password: Your password

Account: Leave Blank

New connection

If all of the data has been correctly entered, you will now be in your webspace in tripod.

Upload - 1st stepPress the ChgDir button on the “Local System” section as shown to the right.

Then, in the dialog box, type in the location of your file (mine is on my floppy disk, drive a:\ )

• Locate the file you wish to upload on the “Local System” part of the screen. SINGLE-click on it.

• If it’s an html file, make sure that ASCII is checked, NOT Binary.

• SINGLE-click on the arrow pointing toward the “Remote Site” part of the screen.

You may now view your file on the web!
