1. Welcome to USEReady ONEUSEReady ONE is a BI Governance Platform built to drive user adoption, enhance user control, manage infrastructure, regulate department chargeback and eliminate user confusion.

The Governance platform installs on any machine in the farm that has access to the Agile BI platforms (Tableau, Alteryx etc.) and the Tableau executable (tabcmd.exe) installed. The platform integrates seamlessly into Tableau Server and allows administrators to configure migrations, alerts and detailed usage & audit reports on the infrastructure.

On Successful installation of USEReady ONE we now see a Governance section with a USEReady ONE selection created in Tableau Server maintenance page (on Tableau Server V8 or below):

Download the installation package from the download link and run the executable.

● Read and accept the terms of the 'End-User License Agreement' and click “Next”.

● Enter the information and click “Next”.

● Configure the installation destination and click “Next”.

● Click “Install” to continue.

● Select “Tableau Primary” or “Tableau Worker” environment you want to install USEReady ONE.

● Enter correct credentials and click “Finish” to complete the set-up.

The certificate file used to configure SSL on tableau server i.e. your_domain_name.crt

SSL certificate key file The private key file i.e. your_private.key

To complete Installation, Go to Start-> USEREADY-> USEReady ONE -> Manage Product Keys as shown below.

● Enter your License Key, Select “Online Activation” and Click “Activate”.

● If you do not have a license key, go to http://www.useready.com/products/useready-one/download/

Fill the contact form and submit your information. We will email you License Key with all the required details.
