This user manual is created as a supporting document for student to access online learning material,

assessment and assignment (submit Research Proposal attachment)

Step Procedures Reference

1 After your registration with IPS, you will be automatically enrolled to the IPS MOOC course (either Engineering or Technology approach)

2 Step a : Go to www.tagyard.com Step b : key in your user ID (registered email) and password (IC number or passport number) Step c : Click LOG IN

3 Once you successfully sign

in, you will reach to your social page. Step a : Click ACADEMY to access Academic dashboard

4 In the academic dashboard

page, Step a : update profile picture Step b : update cover picture Step c : update personal information Step d : Click Academic > My Academic

After click [step d], Click action [Step e] to access the IPS MOOC Click the IPS MOOC name to access the content and assessment [step f] Click course progress [step g] to check your progress g (i) – course progress g (ii) – progress detail g (iii) – learning pattern g (iv) – module progress Click grade book [step h] to check your assessment result. If you can’t submit your result, please print screen and send to ming@ump.edu.my

Click the title for each sub topic for detail view [step i]. Remember check in to gain your badges of progress [step j] To begin the ASSESSMENT, click SUB TOPIK [Step k] and then click “start” [step l] to begin the evaluation p.s. Please make sure you are ready and READ the instruction before click “start” button. Student has maximum 2 attempts and must score 50% and above to pass the self-evaluation. Once student click to begin the assessment, system will open the assessment question paper. Click “START QUIZ” [Step l] and then begin the assessment.

Make sure click SAVE button (change from blue into green) At the end of assessment, Make sure CLICK SUBMIT button to send your answer to IPS MOOC In your grade book view, partial marks will be recorded for T/F answer. The MCQ answer will be further update later. Make sure do regular check at gradebook for latest update

5. Assignment - submit Research Proposal attachment Prepare your research proposal and check by your supervisor. a. Download the attached declaration form.

b. After the proposal checked by supervisor, make sure SUPERVISOR sign the declaration form c. SUBMIT AS ATTACHMENT (zip format) FOR PROPOSAL DEFENSE PURPOSES.
