User Guide: Student Portal

After the implementation of the Student Administration System, Student portal is

upgraded with provision of following new services to LiPACE students -

1. Update personal particulars

2. Enquire the academic records and course final grade

A. Login Student Portal

Access OUHK website at www.ouhk.edu.hk/students

Login to MyOUHK -

Username: s + first 7 digits of student no.

Password: your single password (OUHK email password)

If you have not created your single (email) password before, please go to “IT

Support > Create Your Single Password” to create your password. You may also

change your password here.

After login you will be diverted to the student portal front page as below. To

update your personal information or enquire you academic records, please click

the link “Student Administration > LiPACE Programmes” at the top left corner.

Personal Information Page

At this page you can view your personal particulars and update your address,

phone and email by using the “edit” function.

Academic Record Page

At this page you can view the programme summary and enquire your course

final grade from the Term Summary table. Please kindly refer to the notes at the

bottom of this page for explanation of different grade under LiPACE and OUHK

full-time face-to-face programme. Statistics of completed courses by term are

also shown here.
