The next at the home page. The ‘’HOME’’ button, as shownby the green arrow, will giveyou the choice between a quick or full aligment, illustrated by a turtle and a rabbit as shown in the second picture. For the first use of the machine each day you must do an aligment. At all times, youcan stop the machine with the left most button. To come back to the home page once youare on another menu, youhave to push the ‘’HOME’’ button, to just go back to the last page, you need to push the ‘’ESC’’ button, as shown by the red arrow

MAIN MENU:To reach the main menu, push the button indicated by the green arrow. You then arrive to the adjustment section(2nd
photo)where you can change the settings of the machine, you also have the choicebetween 4 others menus (Parameters, Statistics, Coilsstate and Inputs/Outputs). To navigate in this menu, you must press the up and down buttons as shown by the blues arrows. To modify a settings, you have to press the buttons pointed by the red arrows.

PARAMETERS:To select a menu, push the button shown by the green arrow. In the second picture, you can see the parametersmenu. Like the main page, to select a setting, you have to press the buttons shown by the blue arrows. To change a setting, you must push the buttons shown by red arrows

STATISTICS : This is what the statistics menu look like. In this menu, you can only reset the number of bales per day or the number of bales per year. To reset the number of bales per day, you have to push the button shown by the redarrow (left button) for 2 seconds. And to reset the number of bales per year, you must push the button shown by the blue arrow (right button) for 5 seconds.

COILS STATE: In the coils state menu the state of every sensor on the machine is shown. Many machine problems are related to sensors, so it’s easier to diagnose a break down with this menu. If the state of one of the coil isnot ‘’OK’’, then it means that this sensor in particularhas to be adjusted or replaced. No modifications are possible in this menu.

Outputs/Inputs :This menu shows the state of everyinput and output of the two connectorsof the computer. Each number (Ex: C1P07) is in fact one or many electricwires that goes from the computer to a particular part. There is 2 pages for thismenu, one for each connector (MC024 and DM430). To get to the second page, you must press the button shownby the red arrow all the way to the bottom. No modification is possible in these two menus.
