USB Firmware update

1. Latest Firmware version information Before start to update firmware, please make sure you have to check 2 different micom versions. Below version can be different depending on your product.

2. How to check

- [Menu] -> [Support] -> [ Contact Samsung] .

- You can find out current firmware versions in the orange-colour square on the example picture below

1. Main micom : T-GFSLDDWWC -1001.2

2. Sub micom : T-GFSLDWWS1-1005

Software Version : T-GFSLDDWWC-1001.2

Sub-micom Version : T-GFSLDWWS1-1005

3. How to update firmware

Download firmware First of all please download the patch files from SLM.

1. T-GFSLDDWWC_1007.1.zip

2. T-GFSLDDWWC_Sub1_GFSLDWWS1-1011.zip

If your LFD require both of firmware updates, please proceed ‘sub2 micom’ first and then ‘main micom.

1. Main micom

① Unzip the file ‘T-GFSLDDWWC_1007.1.zip ‘and copy the whole folder to USB memory as default folder

② Change the folder name to ' T-GFSLDDWWC’

③ Plug USB memory in USB port of target LFD

④ With remote controller go to menu System > support > software update

⑤ Update Now -> Do you want to search the connected USB Device for update files?

⑥ Click Enter

⑦ Wait until upgrading is completed.

⑧ Check SW version MENU Support Contact Samsung

2. Sub2 micom

① Unzip the file ‘T-GFSLDDWWC_Sub1_GFSLDWWS1-1011.zip’

② Copy the file ‘FW_Golf\T-GFSLDDWWC_Sub1_GFSLDWWS1-

1011\image\STDPMICOM.bin ‘to USB memory under default folder

③ Plug USB memory in USB port of target LFD

④ Turn off the target LFD

⑤ Press in sequence “Mute + 1+8+2 + ON” with your remote control and then LFD will power on in Factory Menu

⑥ Go to ‘SVC > SUBMICOM UPGRADE’ and update’Enter’

It will take within 5 minutes.

⑦ Check SW version MENU Support Contact Samsung
