Our Solution

Uncoated With Favored Coated

✓ Conduct power-on testing on the uncoated and coated USB connector product.

Observe the microscopic appearance of the surface.

✓ After 30 minutes of power-on, the surface of uncoated products shows obvious

corrosion.

✓ For the coated ports, the uniformity of the coating surface is good even after

200 minutes of power-on, and the substrate surface remains unexposed.

✓ Plugging and unplugging 1000X does not effect the coating, has no impact on

underwater electricity resistance or corrosion resistance of the product.
