Prof. Sengupta, an alumnus of IIM
Calcutta, is a professional with more
than 35 years of experience in
a d v e r t i s i n g , b r a n d b u i l d i n g ,
academics & corporate training. He
has worked for renowned advertising
agencies such as Draft FCB-Ulka,
Rediffusion Y&R & Lowe and has
handled clients such as Tata Sons,
Eveready, SRF, B.P., FedEx, and
Raymond. He has also been a visiting
faculty for IIM-C, IIM-L, Narsee
Monjee, SP Jain, and Symbiosis..
He has written a book 'WrapAround –
Delivering a Great Brand Experience',

UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMME

PROGRAMME OUTLINE
Ÿ The first two years of the programme will be conducted at Unitedworld -
India, while the third year will be done with the University of Hertfordshire,
UK. However, the students can do their third year in India or at UK as per
their convenience.
Ÿ International languages such as Spanish and French is additionally taught
along with two workshops per semester and development sessions on
soft skills.
B.B.A. graduates can work in the fields of Finance,
Marketing, Sales, HR or Operations Department as
executives. They can also work as Business Analysts, ERP
consultants and Junior Project Managers. B.B.A. degree
also opens doors for pursuing M.B.A. degree in future and
walk on the path of becoming an entrepreneur.

committed to our practical approach and therefore, provide hands-on
learning experience to our students. With the multiple aides and

begin with, each student is evaluated and grouped according to their
industry readiness. During the first year, the students undergo rigorous
theory-driven classes. Whereas, the second year is concentrated towards
experimental and applied learning.
GAP ANALYSIS AND GROWTH PLOTTING
Our dedicated team of researchers specially designed a matrix of
management maturity and employability for our students. During the
selection process, the grade of each student is decided, which gets
further consolidated by subject-wise assessment of each faculty member.
Every grade has a pre-designed growth path, but pace of development
may vary individually.
Once the grades of each student are identified, pre-programme sessions
commence which prepare the students for meticulous curriculum ahead.
Even after the commencement of classes, differential treatment may be
given to each track for some time. This is requisite in a high value

SUMMERINTERNSHIP
This programme aims at widening the business perspective of the students by providing an exposure to real-life organizational situations after completing of the
first year course. The summer internship has duration of 8 - 10 weeks and tests the students thoroughly on their learning. These internships give students an
insight into the practicalities of work in the corporate world across various sectors. During internship, the students undertake projects under the guidance of
company executives and the institute faculties who interact with the students on weekly basis. The objective of SIP is to provide the students a rst-hand experience
in industry. It helps students with ample opportunities to innovate and present their ideas. It also assists students in being more receptive to market needs and
deciding their area of specialization for the second year.
The purpose of making the students prepare a dissertation is to augment their knowledge on a particular topic. The students are guided by the relevant faculty
during their dissertation course. Towards the end of the course, the students are required to present their research details and results on the selected topic.
Thereafter, the students are assessed on the basis of their dissertation topic, depth of research and its outcome.
