Health is the condition of your physical, emotional, mental and social well-being.
What is Wellness?
Wellness is a state of good health achieved by balancing 4 components of health.
What is the difference??

Deals with the condition of your body Nutrition Avoiding ATOD Physical Activity
Any type of activity where energy is used Hygiene

some ways they could be similar and different due to heredity and environment.

Lifestyle: set of behaviors by which you live your life Ex. Having a good attitude
Attitude: the way in which you think, act or feel that causes you to make certain choices.

Steps to prevent illness and accidents before they happen Being proactive is the key!
