Understanding Design& Brand Communication

Brands touch our lives in more ways than ever. Corporates and
marketers who create the brands are no longer their custodians.
Brands belong to the consumers. We play with them, we shape
them, and if we like them enough, we wear them as t-shirts
and become the vehicles of brand communication ourselves.
These are exciting times for brands, and there is a greater need
to understand how they are created, designed, nurtured.
As designers, marketers, product developers and as social
influencers, it is important for us to see the interdependencies
between Identity Design, Graphic Design, product design,
advertising design and even Interaction Design in the process
of creating a brand and communicating the brand essence.
