Refreshing Peach & Mint Smoothie

Weight        Measure        Ingredient---                1 cup              DOLE® Pineapple Juice---                3 cups            DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches6 oz.             ---                  Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt---                1/2 to 1 tbsp.  Chopped Fresh Mint

Directions1.Combine pineapple juice, peaches, yogurt and mint in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth.

2.Garnish with additional fresh mint, if desired.

Recipe #1: Fruit Paletas• Spice Mix-

• 2/3 cup kosher salt

• 1/2 cup organic all natural sugar

• 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

• 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

• 1/4 cup chili powder

• Mix in a bowl and store in a powdered sugar container with perforated top.

• Per Order-

• 1 pieces frozen mango chunks

• 1 piece frozen pineapple spears

• Lime wedges

• Put slightly thawed but still cold fruits into 4 oz plastic cup, store on ice.

• Sprinkle fruits with 1/2 teaspoon spice mixture, add 1 lime wedge, serve with fork.

Recipe #2: Coco NUTS Smoothie

• Coconut Agave Mixture -

• 3-1/2 cups (28 fluid ounces) coconut milk (shake before opening)

• 3-1/2 cups (28 fluid ounces) coconut water

• 1 cup organic agave nectar

• Thoroughly mix and pour into pitcher and keep cold.

• Per Order -

• 1/4 cup each of frozen fruits (sliced strawberries, mango chunks, pineapple chunks and peach slices) thawed but still cold.  Do 4 different kinds of fruit to make 1 cup total.

• 1 cup coconut/agave mixture

• Place 1 cup of four different frozen fruits in blender. Pour 1 cup cold coconut milk/agave mixture over fruit and blend.

• Serve with straw.

Recipe #3: BOBA Fet

• Pineapple Cinnamon Mixture -

• 1 can (46 fluid ounces) pineapple juice shaken and cold

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• Mix well and pour into pitcher and keep cold.

• Per Order-

• 2 tablespoons frozen pineapple cubes

• 2 tablespoons frozen mango cubes

• 2 tablespoons frozen banana slices

• 2 tablespoon frozen diced strawberries

• 1 cup cold pineapple/cinnamon juice mixture

• Spoon 4 different fruits into plastic cup. Pour 1 cup pineapple cinnamon juice mixture over fruit.

• Serve with big boba straw
