QUALITY ASSURED AT EVERY STAGE

CONCRETE SLABS / STAINLESS STEEL DRAINS

UltraSyntec can offer the full package, from power floated concrete

slabs, stainless steel drainage to stainless steel kerbing. All installed

and fitted by qualified contractors. We can also create falls to floors

for Industries such as food processing, where water drainage is a

requirement and therefore eliminating any standing water.

COVE SKIRTINGS / JOINT REPAIRS

UltraSyntec offers additional professional services for the repair

of damaged floors. These include repairs to damaged concrete

substrates, steps and other access areas, spalled expansion joints

and coved skirtings. We also apply hygienic wall coatings.

We use specially formulated sealants for expansion joint repairs,

providing long term protection against water damage, thermally

induced joint movements and freeze heave.

FLOOR PREPARATION

Professional preparation is vital for the correct installation of resin

flooring systems.

UltraSyntec provides the entire package from diamond grinding to

shot blasting. All of which is carried out by qualified members of staff

who hold all the necessary qualifications.

SCREEDS

UltraSyntec specialises in the installation of heavy duty epoxy

and polyurethane screed systems, providing an excellent finish

with good impact resistance to withstand mechanical damage

and chemical attack. A trowel-finished system, totally impervious

throughout, which is usually laid at a thickness between 4-9mm.

COATINGS

Applied in two or more coats, this system not only gives you

excellent durability but also has the advantage of being solvent free

in many instances.

This enables us to use FeRFA Type 2 Floor Coating in all areas of

industry from Food and Drink to Pharmaceutical / Chemical.

CAR PARK DECKINGS

Developed from recycled rubber tyre and polyurethane technology

for use on main traffic and intermediate decking levels, Car

Park Decking Systems provide a hardwearing watertight and

impervious finish, resistant to oils, petrochemicals, antifreeze and

road salts. Sustainable and carbon footprint friendly with high

impact resilience, these anti slip mulit-layered textured systems

provide a cost effective and attractive solution compliant with BS

EN 1504-2:2004.

CEMENTICIOUS PUMP SCREEDS

Using a specialist screed pump we pump polymer and modified

self levelling cementicious screed. This method is utilised by many

industries from schools and hospitals, through to engineering firms

and commercial buildings.

The screed can normally be cured within 48 hours leaving a

perfectly even floor. It also has a smooth finish enabling other

flooring products to be applied to create the client’s desired finish.

SELF LEVELLING SYSTEMS

UltraSyntec specialises in the installation of self-smoothing or self-

levelling flooring systems, creating smooth surfaces suitable for

medium weight traffic.

Ideal for applications in food processing environments, UltraSyntec

may recommend an additional surface dressing to suit application

conditions or to enhance slip resistance.

Designed specifically to meet the exacting demands of the decorative

flooring market, providing excellent aesthetics combined with ease of

cleaning and strength for applications within the commercial, retail,

leisure and public sector environments.

Designed for hospitals, laboratories and other applications where

hygiene is of paramount importance, Liquid Vinyl creates a hard-

wearing, chemically resistant surface offering all the characteristics

Multi-coloured textured systems created by pumping a choice of
