The Ultra Tuff Belting Compound is uniquely designed to withstand the harshest hard rock mining conditions.

• Exceptional abrasion resistance of typical 20mm3, far
exceeding the mandatory requirements for AS-A grade of
70mm3 under the Australian Standard AS1332 and AS1333
• Offers a significantly longer life resulting in extended time
intervals between major shutdowns
• Ideal for longer systems where product is less than 25mm

• Can be manufactured in cover thicknesses of 28mm
or higher to provide ultra-long service life. Our ECS
Engineering team can also tailor the thicknesses to suit your
conveyor system and extended the shut cycles
