Development

Based on these approved concepts, our in-

house design and development team begin the

challenge of turning the concept sketches into

knowledge and experience, prototype designs can

be developed in an efficient and timely fashion.

Frame Drawing

When the prototype design has been finalised we

use the latest computer software to produce CAD

images for the internal frame. This information

will be transferred to our on-site frame mill facility

who will manufacture the prototype frames.

Prototype design

The result of the development phase is a

prototype piece of furniture based upon your

design brief. This allows you the opportunity to

sit on the furniture and see how it looks and feels

in a showroom environment. It also allows us to

discuss any modifications required before signing

off the design. furniture range will look like.

Ready for your showroom

Upon final sign off, our design and development team will work with our production team to ensure the efficient transition of your furniture range into our production facility.in an efficient and timely fashion.

Our dedicated, on-site frame mill

produces high quality frames using

timber cut from renewable sources.

ProductionOver 1 million metres of fabric is cut

by hand every year in our production

facility. Fabric patterns are generated

using computer software to ensure

consistency and minimise waste.

Highly trained and long-serving sewing

machinists hand-sew each cushion set

that will eventually become a part of a sofa

purchased by your customers. Once sewn,

each cushion set is hand filled with foam

or fibre depending on your specification.

We manufacture to the highest standards using ethically sourced materials to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your furniture.

Skilled upholsterers carefully craft every item

by hand, paying attention to ensure that

every piece is finished to the highest standard

giving comfort, quality and style.

Once completed, every item is then carefully

examined by our team of Quality Inspectors

before being packaged for transport and

loaded onto our dedicated logistics system.
