description

:) Pozdrawiam

Delegates arriving at the presidency meetings

traditionally receive a small gift... Polish presidency put

on the young Polish designers, minimalist, traditional

materials, modernity referring to tradition and nature.

The Polish presidency is a great opportunity to promote Polish cuisine.

One of the most cherished Polish chefs, Adam Chrząstowski, oversees the

creation of exquisite menu of Polish dishes, native products based on

high-level meetings in Poland and Brussels.

Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the presidency

also receive a package of recipes for Polish cuisine, modernly arranged by

16 chefs, including three foreigners, working on a daily basis in the best

Polish restaurants. The starting point for each of the recipes are common

products of great resemblance to Polish cuisine (such as herring,

cucumber, buckwheat, poppy, game). Each recipe is preceded by a

understandable for foreigner description of the product, including its

cultural context.

The publication is enriched with beautiful and enjoyable modern

illustrations. The publication is available
