Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during presidency receive package of recipes for Polish dishes, modernly arranged by 16 chefs, including three foreigners, who works in the best Polish restaurants. Basis to each recipes are products which generally connote with Polish kitchen (e.g. herring, cucumber, kasha, poppy seed, game). Each recipe is preceded by the description of the product, only with its cultural context, understandable for foreign receiver. Publication is made more attractive by modern pictures.
