4.8 Recording the outcome of the application of the security triage process
The organization(s) shall record the outcome (ST1, ST2, ST3 or ST4) of the application of the security triage process for each initiative, project, asset, product or service to which it is applied, including where there is no identified need for a security-minded approach beyond protection of sensitive commercial and personal information.

Information Exchange
Defining the nature of acceptance criteria for information being exchanged in response to
information requirements (EIR)
Working Group (UK-led) is developing its working draft
Intended to be circulated to the ISO sub-committee for comment by national mirror committees during
summer 2020
Not a public consultation at this stage
Likely publication in 2022
UK will need to work out the role of BS 1192-4 (COBie) as there will be conceptual overlap with

Conclusion
The BIM process standards and the UK BIM Framework will continue to evolve over the next few
years
The UK BIM Framework Guidance will continue to be updated and expanded to deal with the
changes that the new standards bring
Feedback from practitioners is vital to make sure we get this right
