2. To study the factors that effect the development of the food

manufactures.

3. To develop guideline and to increase sufficiency for monitoring food

manufac'ture enduring.

Operational Research

Food manufacture that locate in Uthaithanee province

Study factors and evaluate food manufacture by using GMP in 3 periods

Period 1. Prior to implementing GMP during January 7-2g,2OOg.

Period 2. Post GMP implementation 1"t evaluation during September

1l-February 15,2005.Period 3. Post GMP implementation 2nd evaluation during September

26-June 19,2006

Before implementation of GMP, only 2 food manufactures from 15 places

passed GMP Standard. From 1"t evaluation after GMP implementation

36 of 38 food manufactures passed GMP. 2 places were closed down

with 7 places find. From 2M evaluation all 36 food manufactures pass.

Before announcement of GMP law, the majority of owner did not accept

GMP. Eventhough, food manufactures received GMP knowledge many

times, some didn't understand. Ovner of lce manufacture showed the

least understanding follow by drinking water and fish sauce owner,
