Through a value system of fair and ethical approach to each interaction or correspondence with the client, we acquire professional credibility for all our projects. Thus, the team aims at offering a detailed expertise – from conceptual to design and construction – to commercial, institutional, industrial and residential infrastructures and establishments all over India.

Design – Through meticulous research and analysis, we evolve our projects in such a manner that they respond to the exigencies of the local geographic and climatic conditions, culture and tradition. We aim at achieving a sustainable environment for living by adapting and blending contemporary technology with traditional and vernacular patterns of living and construction.

Management – Even though architecture has traditionally been practiced as an artistic enterprise, we believe in providing our service with thorough professionalism, giving due respect to providing business propositions to our clients. Our “Totally Quality Project Management (TQPM)” techniques control the quality of the outputs of the project. We pay strict attention towards project schedules, cost control and meeting deadlines by regular interaction with our team of expertise. Our team comprises of young, experienced and qualified architects, interior designers, civil engineers and project managers along with skilled construction workers and masons possessing a rich insight and varied on site experience. Our coordination with consultants – including structural engineers, electrical engineers, plumbing engineers and realtors – gives maximum benefit to clients by simplifying their value for time, energy and money. The associated supporting team helps to visualize and achieve the set target in lesser duration of time.

UD84 is an architectural, planning, landscape and interior design consultancy firm based in Greater Kailash - II, New Delhi, India. Founded by Mr. Sushant Rari, UD84 has evolved as a dynamic architectural firm over time and now is Pvt. Ltd. The team includes a group of architects, engineers and interior designers, who are committed to provide complete satisfaction to their clients through best services and design outputs, keeping in mind the value for money.

Director B.Arch. (USAP, Delhi) Founder of the company, Mr. S. Rari has a professional experience in designing and executing institutional, Industrial, housing, commercial and residential projects. Besides analysing and designing the project, Mr. S. Rari has a vast experience of interacting with different engineers, contractors and realtors and thus, managing and executing construction on site. Project Management is a plus.

Principal Architect M.Sc. (Hons.) Architectural Technology and Building Performance (Napier University, Edinburgh); B.Arch. (USAP, Delhi) With an exposure to national and international institutional, industrial and residential projects, Ms. Ruchita has wide knowledge of innovative designing in a specific socio-cultural context, keeping in mind traditional and vernacular architecture, sustainability, available skills, different contemporary and cost effective technologies.

Architect With a professional experience under different architects of New Delhi, Ms. Ruchi possess upper hand in detailing of interiors, furniture, etc. She forms an asset as an interior designer to the company.

3D Professional Mr. Anuj possesses the expertise of 3D views, walkthroughs, Rendering on software's such as 3D max, V-Ray Rendering, Sketch up, Premier Pro, Maya, Photoshop, etc.
