I have observed there what are the procedures and

polices through which a banker can deal with

collection of cash and other instruments like bills of

exchange, cheque and notes etc. I observed that when

they collect/given cash or cheque person brings

cheque and token is given to him with stamps and

entry is made in computer and also checks his

signatures with book that have retained there.

I have done worked in clearing department and

observed that what was there. The procedure was that

I observed that when cheques are collected by banker

he says me to enter all cheques in clearing book.

There were many columns there like HBL, Al-

Habib, Bank Alfalah, MCB, Soneri bank, Allied

bank etc. I had made all entries and after the end I

did total balance. Same procedure was every day for

me.

I have helped CSM regarding opening of account.

Current Account, BBA Account, PLS Saving

Account, CBO, Letter of Thanks, Inward / Outward

dispatch management.

Most of time by the instruction of the branch

manager Ahsen Butt was spend in every field of bank

so I learnt there how to collect utility bills online. I

was entered almost 300-400 bills daily like GAS.

PTCL and Electricity bills etc.

I have learnt regarding liability products of bank.

I have also helped customers regarding filling of

deposit slips / car

Arranging bills, vouchers, and other data

separately and properly maintaining

documentation.
