Curricular planning and implementation-
The college act through a deliberate process of specified policies for planning, monitoring
and implementing the plan. The planning distinguished between two levels:
1) The planning of policy: The institute is affiliated to University of Mumbai. So the
programs designed by the Board of Studies of respective subject are to be followed.
2) The planning of programs: The College provides abundant range of programs in
commerce, arts and science. In addition to this college is willing to develop various
certificate programs.

Leading academicians, industrialists, scientists and subject experts from other
institutions and universities will be invited as resource persons regularly.

To enhance teaching ability of the faculty, they will be encouraged to participate in

Attendance Monitoring
Institute has very good system to monitor regular attendance of the students. The
irregularity of the students is communicated to parents and institute take a
necessary action on such students. The plan aims to utilize the system more
effectively and efficiently to maintain discipline and observe rules and
regulations of the institute.
Recognition of Merits
Every year students are felicitated for their academic achievements as well as
other achievements. There will be allocation of funds for the felicitation of merit
holders. This will result in strengthening healthy and positive environment
essential for effective teaching-learning process.

Appointment of Qualified Teachers
With the growth of institution the variety of the incoming students has been increased.
Many of the students in college are first learners in their family. The college aims to
attract such students toward education as well as facilitate them with an outstanding
education. Thus, recruitment of the faculty with suitable qualification and experience
will be given a deep importance. The main areas of the recruitment process will be need-
identification, recruitment, training and development and performance evaluation. The
college will make continuous efforts to appoint qualified teachers as per UGC norms.
The institute has evolved a system of local appointment over the years. Teachers will be
appointed on the temporary basis in order to avoid the academic loss of the students. The

The Biometric system monitors the arrival and departure. The arrival and departure of
the staff will be regularly screened by the concerned authority and action will be taken
