Swivelarm(DQNpatent)

The Pro-fit is equipped with an electromechanical mounting plate (non-pneumatic).Thebigadvantageoffered isthattheclamping isnotflexible, incontrasttothepneumaticsystem.(Indeed,theairiscompressibleandalwaysendsupleakingattherotatingconnector).

Itsuniquecontrolensuresautomaticswitchingfromtheclampingoftherimtothe plate rotation. The greater the resistance to rotation, the greater theclamping. The plate does not tighten more than necessary and alwaystightenssufficiently.(DQNfeature)

The outward grasping of the rim ensures perfect centring and horizontalpositioning(whichisnotthecasewhengraspingfromtheinside).

Thenew "SmoothGrip"clawsdistribute the forces in the rim inanevenbetterwayandpreventsanydeformationofthelatter.Therimedgeisalsoprotectedthankstoaperfectlysmoothcontactsurface.

It isamulti-purposearm that requiresnoadjustment. Itpushes thebeadinto the groove in the rim and allows the dismounting spacer to beplaced.

It helps lift the tyre in order to find the second bead during thedismountingprocess.

It is superbly efficient when used together with the trident for themountingofalltypesoflowprofileandRunFlattyres.

Used togetherwith theRFarm, thismountingaccessory requiresamere

secondtobeplacedandhelpswiththemountingofthemostdifficult

tyretypesinnotime.

The"Trident"usestheresistanceforceononesideduringthetyremounting

process to force the tyre to take its place to the other side. This

surprising tour de force offers the advantage of limiting superfluous

stress,helpingtomaintainsufficientpower.

Thedismountingspacerholdsthebeadinthegrooveintherimopposite

the mounting head and allows the bead to be lifted over the

dismounting tool effortlessly. It retains the tyre in its placewithout

superfluousstressandisplacedinaflash.
