If submitting copy of one of the first five documents, the documents should not be more than three months old 

*Proof of Date of Birth Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or any office 

authorized to issue Birth and Death Certificate by the Registrar of Birth     and Deaths or the Indian Consulate Pension payment order Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages Matriculation certificate Passport Driving license; or Domicile certificate issued by the central or state government Affidavit signed before a magistrate stating the date of birth

 

Documents Required to Apply for PAN Card by a FIRM Documents Required for PAN Application by a firm (includes Limited Liability Partnership) registered or formed in India A Limited Liability Partnership is where all partners have limited liabilities and no one partner is responsible for misconduct or negligence of the other partner/partners. Following are the two documents required by LLPs for PAN application in India. Either of these documents can be submitted.

Documents Required for PAN application by a FIRM Registered outside India 

Following are the required documents for PAN Application by a firm formed or registered outside India 

Certificate of Residence copy issued by the country of residence, duly attested by the Apostille or by Indian Embassy or High Commission or Consulate in the country

Copy of Registration Certificate issued in India or copy of approval granted to set up the firm in India by Indian authorities

Documents required for PAN application by a Limited Liability Partnership Registered outside India Documents required for PAN application by a Limited Liability Partnership registered outside India are as follows 

Certificate of Residence copy issued by the country of residence, duly attested by the Apostille or by Indian Embassy or High Commission or Consulate in the country

Copy of Registration Certificate issued in India or copy of approval granted to set up LLP in India by Indian authorities

After SUBMIT, then filled the FORM 49A and attached all the documents which you have given in the attachment, send to HEAD OFFICE within 15 DAYs, otherwise your APPLICATION will HOLD. IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE LIST OF “PAN APPLICATION”, THEN CLICK “PAN APPLICATION LIST”

When you want to Track your PAN Status, then Click on “PAN CARD TRACK”

Then Click on “AADHAAR”

For VERIFY MOBILE/EMAIL, click on “VERIFY MOBILE/EMAIL”

Then Get AADHAAR, click on “GET AADHAAR”

Then to know the Status, click on “AADHAAR STATUS”

To Find out the UID/EID, click on “FIND UID/EID”

To Update AADHAAR, click on “UPDATE AADHAAR” (Here Mobile No(I.e. which is in the AADHAAR No) must required)

For Verify AADHAAR, click on “VERIFY AADHAAR”

For Printing of AADHAAR, click on “PRINT AADHAAR”

Then “PASSPORT”

CLICK ON “ USER REGISTRATION”

After filled all the BOX, then filled the FORM and take out the PRINT. Documents Required for PASSPORT

Proof of Date of Birth i.e. Birth Certificate, etc

Identity proof with photograph (to be verified by Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Officials from the

address proof and other documents)

Proof of residence

Proof of nationality (to be verified by Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Officials from the supporting documents submitted).

Any field marked with an asterisk is a mandatory field and has to be filled in. You can then upload supporting documents: A recent colored passport sized photo Scanned copy of proof of residence Scanned copy of proof of age/identity Enter your place and date of filling in the form. You can save your filled form and continue at a later time. If you've completed your form,          you can click on Submit

RAILWAY E-TICKET RESERVATION CLICK ON “IRCTC”

CLICK ON “SIGN UP”, THEN FILLED ALL THE FIELDS WHICH IS REQUIRED

After completion of the Process of Sign Up, the Click on the “LOG IN” buttom and start BOOKING the ticket.

BIRTH/DEATH CERTIFICATE Click on NEW USER, filled all the fields

After getting the User Id & Password, then click on “Log In”
