Hot air oven for drying screen printinginks made with solvents or water-based.Maximum working temperature is 180°C.Double belts conveyor system withvariable working height. Air is warmed byelectrical heating elements. Air is pushedin the tunnel vertically using a newsystem of air distribution, so as to beuniform throughout the whole tunnel. Thecirculating air is filtered in order to keepclean vents and ducts, and ensure itseffectiveness over time. It is equippedwith an exhaust pipe fumes. The speed ofthe belts conveyor is adjustable. Thecentring of the belts is a automatic.
FEATURES
The Ace oven is mainly designed to drydigital printing on dark fabrics. It workswell with generally long drying processwith control of temperature and efficientair circulation, like flocked garmentsneed. Excellent for fine textile like wool,Lycra, silk etc.. The temperature insidethe oven is uniform and constant on bothsides and the center. The belt conveyorbelow works at lower temperatures ofabout 10-15 °C and this improves thequality of fixing and at the same timeallows the operator to touch the printedgarment without the risk of burninghimself. The double belt conveyor alsoallows the operator to work in his positionwithout having to move. Finally, theinsulation of the oven ensures low powerconsumption and excellent performance.
