Solutions Built to Last HOOVER COMPOSITE TANKS PRODUCTS TUFF TANK II By combining a rotationally molded polyethylene bottle with a heavy-duty cage, frame or shell, Hoover has designed a complete line of composite IBCs for any variety of situations and environments that call for an extra layer of protection. The Tuff Tank TM IBC remains one of the industry’s most rugged and long-lasting Intermediate Bulk Container for transporting or storing hazardous liquids with the combination of a rotationally molded polyethylene bottle and a heavy-duty wire mesh cage. Hoover has taken this design and modified it to be perfectly suited for the harsh environments of the offshore industry. The result is the Tuff Tank IBC. This tote tank can easily withstand harsh, offshore environmental factors such as salt spray, chemical exposure, and falling objects. The frame is designed to be safely hoisted using the lifting lugs and can be used in conjunction with cable slings. Each tank comes equipped with a sloped bottom with mating pillow for complete discharge. The Tuff Tank can transport your shipments of hazardous and corrosive liquids, chemicals, petrochemicals, and food liquids with complete confidence and environmental safety.
