TANGLEWOOD TALES February 2019 Spring does look far off as we watch the snowflakes falling outside! However, our hearts and minds are forward thinking and we hope to see all of you at our community get together on Sunday, February 17 th at the home of the Hitchcocks (7 Bloch Terrace) from 3 - 6 p.m. In the past several months there have been many changes in the residents of Tanglewood Townhomes and we want to meet and communicate with everybody, owners and renters alike. Our annual meeting will take place in the Mt Park Clubhouse on Thursday, May 16 th at 7 p.m. Two of our board members will be rotating off the board having completed a two-year term. At our February event, you will have the chance to ask pertinent questions about what its like to serve on a HOA and what issues are most likely to come to the forefront in the near future. There will be an informal Q&A and current board members will be available throughout the afternoon to address concerns. Do come with your talents and interests and let’s have a productive afternoon getting to know you. As you contemplate your Spring projects, please remember if they are outside your unit, you must have both TTA HOA and Mt. Park approval to proceed.
