USER GUIDE TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR TSLPRB TEST – 2015

SCTPC (Civil) (Men &Women), SCTPC (AR) (Men &Women), SCTPC (SARCPL) (Men),

SCTPC (TSSP) (Men) in Police Department, Constable (Men) in SPF and Firemen in TS

Disaster Response & Fire Services Department

The candidates are required to be ready with the following mandatory / optional details to fill in the

appropriate fields before filling the Online Application Form:

The Mandatory / Optional details are as follows:

1) SSC or equivalent certificate

2) Intermediate or equivalent certificate

3) Marks memo of 1st year and 2nd year of Intermediate (SC/STs only those who have not

passed intermediate)

4) Community certificate

5) Certificate of Non creamy layer status for BC candidates

6) Proof of residence certificate in the scheduled area for STs and Aboriginal tribes

7) State Government employee service certificate

8) Service certificate in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of the India

9) NCC instructor service certificate

10) Retrenched temporary employee certificate in the State census dept.

11) Study certificate (s) from 4th to 10th class

12) Residence certificate

13) Home guard certificate

14) Ex-Servicemen certificate

15) For in service personnel of Army, Navy, Air force due to be released from service within

one year from date of notification, no objection certificate for civil employment

16) CPP/CDI/CSPF/NCC/MSP certificates

17) Copy of Driving license

18) Copy of Driving license Information (Grant of issue of Driving License)

19) Any other relevant document

Centres for Preliminary Written Test (PWT) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Physical

Efficiency Test (PET) and Final Written Examination (FWT) are as follows:

1. Adilabad district 2. Karimnagar district 3. Warangal district

4. Khammam district 5. Mahaboobnagar district 6. Nalgonda district

7. Ranga Reddy district 8. Hyderabad district 9. Medak district

NOTE: The applicant will be allotted to any town in the selected district. In case if the capacity

of the Test Centres located in a particular district is not sufficient, the Test Centres of

the adjacent district may be allotted. No further communication in this regard will be

entertained.


The following system requirements need to be available to comfortably browse TSLPRB TEST -

2015 official website www.tslprb.in:

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

For better viewing of www.tslprb.in website and smooth Application submission through

ONLINE mode, the candidates are hereby informed that the following computer system

requirements are most desirable:

Internet Browser : Google Chrome **

Internet Explorer 10.0 or above

Screen Resolution : 1024x768

pdf Reader : Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or above

** IMPORTANT NOTE while using Google Chrome browser:

There is a chance that the following given below encircled Pop up Message “Prevent this page from

creating additional dialogues” may appear while using the SAVE and CONTINUE button at the end of

the STAGE(S). DO NOT Check this option, click OK and proceed.

In case by mistake the box (“Prevent…..”) is checked then perform following the given steps:

Step 1 : Go to the Top right-end, you will find the “Customize and control Google Chrome”, click on it.

Step 2: Click on “Settings”

Step 3: Go to “+Show Advanced Settings”

Step 4: Go to Reset settings and click on Reset settings.

Step 5: Once again Click on the Reset button in the prompted message

box.

Step 6: Now CLOSE ALL opened Chrome windows and open a NEW

Chrome window.

FEE PAYMENT AND ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FILLING FLOWCHART

Payment of Registration Fee

Mode of Payment (Any of the 2 Modes)

TS Online / AP Online / Mee Seva (e-Seva) Debit card / Credit card / NetBanking

1. Choose your nearest TS Online / AP Online

/ Mee Seva (e-Seva) centre.

2. Visit any of the above centers with the

following mandatory details like:

a. Name of the Candidate

b. Candidate’s Father’s Name

c. Date of Birth of the Candidate

d. Hall Ticket number of SSC (10th

Class)

e. Mobile number

You will receive a receipt form of the

Registration fee payment containing a

Transaction Id from the payment center and

through SMS to the Registered Mobile No.

Visit http://www.tslprb.in along with the

receipt form.

With the receipt form details and click on the

“Click here if paid through

TS(AP)-Online/Mee-Seva/E-Seva” button.

Filled In Online Application Form will be generated which contains

“Registration No.” and application details.

Save the “Filled In Online Application Form” and take a Print. This

“Filled In Online Application Form” should be Submitted in the

Examination hall. Use the Registration No. for future correspondence.

Fill the Application Form with the required details. After completion,

verify ALL details carefully and click on “SUBMIT”.

1. If you choose the payment using Debit

card / Credit card mode, go through the

Instruction booklet carefully and be ready

with ALL the required details for ONLINE

SUBMISSION.

2. Click on “MAKE PAYMENT” button and

proceed by filling the required details.

You will be redirected to the Payment

Gateway site. Note down the “Reference

No.” for future correspondence.

Note: During the Payment process, don’t

click on Back / Refresh buttons or don’t close

the Browser page abruptly.

After your Payment is successful,

(A “Transaction Id.” will appear on the

screen. Note down the “Transaction Id.”,

which will also be sent through SMS to the

Registered Mobile No. then proceed with

the “Application Form” filling process.

Visit http://www.tslprb.in & Click “Apply Online”


1. On your Internet Browser (preferably Internet Explorer version 10.0 and above) type the website

address http://www.tslprb.in, press ENTER button and you will see the following screen

displayed on the computer screen.

Note: The Applicants are advised to go through following documents available in the website and

then proceed to the Step 2:

� Click on ‘INSTRUCTIONS’ in the Menu Bar and take printout of the Instructions to

candidates (PDF Format) and go through it carefully.

� Click on ‘NOTIFICATION’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout of the Notification

(PDF format) and read it carefully.

� Click on ‘USER GUIDE’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout of the Notification

(PDF format) and read it carefully.


� Click on ‘MODEL (Dummy) Application’ in the Menu Bar and take the printout, keep

it ready after writing down the details in the same sheet for easy online filling and

convenience.

2. Click on the “Apply Online” field as shown encircled below. A new page will appear on the

screen.

3. The following Web page will appear on the screen consisting of “Instructions to the

Applicants”. The Applicants are supposed to go through all the Instructions mentioned on

this page carefully and follow them meticulously:


After having gone through the instructions in the above page, the applicant is supposed to select

the “I AGREE” option (as shown encircled above) by clicking on it and later proceed to the Next

page by clicking on the “Continue” button provided at the bottom of the page.

4. In the new page as shown below, select the appropriate Registration Fee payment mode

(TS (AP)-Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva or Credit or Debit card / NetBanking). Proceed to Step 6

if Credit or Debit card / NetBanking payment mode is chosen else continue:

If the payment mode selected is TS (AP)-Online / Mee-Seva / E-Seva as shown the below

screenshot (encircled button), follow the instructions given in the screenshot above of the

“Registration Fee Payment Procedure” web page.


5. After clicking the above button, the following “Payment Verification” web page will appear.

Fill in all the details in the respective fields and Click on the encircled button “Proceed to Fill

Online Application Form”.


For example, refer the “Payment Verification” web page with the details entered:

In the above and below screenshots it is clearly showing that the Payment is made through TS(AP)-

Online and the remaining required details (Transaction Id., Date of Birth, SSC hall ticket number) are

entered.

After clicking the above encircled button, control will directly proceed to the Step 7 where the

Online Application Form will be displayed on the screen. Ignore Step 6 as it belongs to Debit

card / Credit card payment mode.

6. If the payment selected mode is Debit card / Credit card / Net banking, follow the instructions

given in the above screenshot of the “Registration Fee Payment Procedure” web page and Click

on the encircled box below:


If the selected payment mode is through the CREDIT / DEBIT CARD/ NETBANKING

(PAYMENT GATE WAY) the control will be navigated to the “Payment Gateway”, for payment

purpose. Once the payment is completed, the candidate will be automatically redirected to the

www.tslprb.in web page to complete the Online Application Form with the mandatory / optional

details.

(NOTE: During the Payment process, DO NOT double click on buttons or click on Back / Refresh

buttons or DO NOT close the Browser web page abruptly.)

After entering the correct and mandatory details the web page of Payment Through Credit card /

Debit card web page given below, select the card type (VISA or MasterCard or Maestro) mentioned

on the card and click the encircled button Make Payment. Be ready with the Card related details

(Card number, Expiry date / From date, Security Code / CVV number etc).

6. (a) There are TWO OPTIONS available as shown in the previous figure:

Option 1: Proceed To Pay the Fee Through Payment Gateway Using Credit Card / Debit Card :

If the encircled Option 1 is clicked as shown in the previous figure, the following web page is

displayed. The encircled “Payment Reference No.: xxxxxxxxxx” generated in the following web

page which is encircled should be preserved for payment.


Fill in ALL the mandatory details as given in the above web page and select the Card Type after

clicking on the encircled “Make Payment” button as shown.


Note: The candidate can use any Bank Card (Debit / Credit) provided his / her Card is a VISA

or MASTERCARD or MAESTRO type / Net banking.

After the relevant Card Type logo is selected by the candidate, click on the button “Make Payment”

and the control will automatically take you to the BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY screen.

(NOTE: During the Payment process, DO NOT double click on buttons or click on Back / Refresh

buttons or DO NOT close the Browser web page abruptly, instead maintain patience as prompted

on the screen)

For example, after filling the mandatory details and selecting the Card Type click on the “Make

Payment” as shown above.

NOTE: The candidate is advised to preserve the Reference Id. and Transaction Id. for the

future correspondence or even when there is a problem in filling the Online Application Form.

6. (b) Option 2: Proceed To Verify and Fill application form if already through Credit / Debit

Card: (In case of Power failure or unable to proceed to Online Application Form filling)

If the candidate has already performed the Step 6(a)-Option 1 and has acquired the Reference Id.

and Transaction Id. but COULD NOT go to Step 7 automatically due to power failure or any

technical problem or could not proceed to fill the Online Application Form, then click on the

Option 2, which is encircled button “Proceed to Online Application form filling”.


The following web page with the title “Already Paid Through Credit Card / Debit Card” will

appear on the screen and the candidate has to enter the mandatory details like Reference Id.,

Transaction Id. (both already acquired in Step 6(a)) and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket

No. as shown in the example below and then click on the encircled button “Proceed”

Proceed to Step 7 to fill the “Online Application Form”.

7. Please note that in the Online Application form: (A Model of the Online Application Form is

available for your reference on the TSLPRB website.

NOTE:As per details provided during the Registration Fee payment at TS Online / AP

Online / Mee Seva (e-Seva)centers or Credit / Debit Card / NetBanking, certain Items in the

Online Application Form are FROZEN.


The ONLINE APPLICATION FORM comprises of SIX stages to enter the details and

SUBMIT. They are as following:

Stage 1: Basic Details

Stage 2: Post Preferences and Unit preferences

Stage 3: Special Category

Stage 4: Educational Details

Stage 5: Address

Stage 6: Print Application

All the above mentioned Stages will come in sequence as per the order as shown in given below

screen. The Applicant has to satisfy with the details filled at ALL the stages in order to

COMPLETE the process and SUBMIT the application. Once, the Application is submitted, any

requests for editing the details will NOT BE ENTERTAINED, hence, BE CAREFUL while

filling the Application form.

Also, note the candidate can SAVE the details at each Stage by clicking the “SAVE &

CONTINUE” button available at the end of each page/stage so as to proceed to the next

page/stage.

The Applicant can navigate among the above Stages/Forms by clicking on the relevant stage in

the “User Home Page”.
