    This Application enables the College management to

    maintain the transport details of routes, vehicles,

    students & lecturer renewals, fuel information etc in

    an easier and standard manner.

    In todays scenario only verbal and manual

    communication happens between the transport

    department and the students & lecturers.

    There is no automation system that exists today.

    The colleges prepare the schedule in excel sheets,

    print them out and hands it over to the drivers orconcerned persons, which becomes complex to

    handle.

    Transport routing enables an effective and up-to-datesystem that allows the colleges to maintain transportfor their members(Students & Lecturers) pick up and

    drop facilities. This system looks after the renewals information,allocation and de-allocation of Students andLecturers.

    It takes care of the Vehicle maintenance like fuelefficiency , daily trips made by the vehicle etc.

    Allows Administrator to view suggestions and makethe necessary amendments.

    This module is for logging in where it accepts the

    username and password from the end user which on

    verification passes the control to the specified

    module options. It also provides the information of

    the routes, vehicles available.

    Administrator can manage the information ofroutes where each route is associated with aunique route id with source and destination

    and intermediate stops. Information of Students and Lecturers are

    maintained who are allocated with the seats in

    the required vehicles by viewing theirstatistical information. Renewals are also maintained periodically and

    reports of the pending renewals.

    These are the employees who manage the daily

    vehicle trips and their fuel filling information. They

    can view the statistical information of the seat

    allocations of each vehicle.

    HOD can view the routes and vehicles that are

    available and can also view the reports of the pending

    renewals of the students of his departments at that

    current situation.

    He can view the reports of the available routes and

    vehicles with their seat allocation information, can

    also view the list of the pending renewals.

    Appropriate suggestions can be given to the

    administrator regarding the new vehicles or

    cancellation of the unwanted vehicles.

    Transport Routing System as a whole provides an

    automated and efficient system to maintain the

    transportation system of the college and also to lookafter the vehicle maintenance.

    It provides an easy way to maintain all these

    information easing manual work.
