Welcome back snowbirds! It has been my pleasure meeting all of you. I look for-ward to getting to know you better throughout the upcoming months. Please continue to list your account numbers on your monthly checks and money orders. It makes it much easier for the Business Office to properly credit your account. AARP will be providing a free tax preparation service for residents of Tropical Ha-ven starting next year. They are looking for volunteers. Free training is provided. Please call 877-434-7598 or email taxaide@aarp.org for more information. Our first board meeting for the association will be held on Monday, November 9th at 7pm. At that time, we will be welcoming everyone back and I will be introducing myself to those who I have not met. We will celebrate with cake and coffee! Look forward to seeing you there! All Florida Weatherproofing will be hosting an information seminar November 18th

refreshments will be provided. I would like to host a defensive driving course here in Tropical Haven. The classes will be held January 14 & 15th. You must attend both days. It will be help in the Li-brary from 9:30am-12:30pm. If you are an AARP member the cost is $15 per per-son. If you are not a member the cost is $20 per person. If interested please make sure I get your name, address and phone number at your earliest conven-ience. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the organization Daily Bread is looking for volunteers to assist with meals over the holiday weekend. If anyone has the time to volunteer, please provide the office with your name and phone number. As a reminder the Business Office will be closed Thursday, November 26th and Fri-day, November 27th. Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle This dessert takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and will WOW your guests!

Serving size: 16 servings Ingredient 1 Angel Food Cake 1 pint heavy whipping cream ½ cup powdered sugar 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese (I used light) 1 15 oz can pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) ¾ cup brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for dusting the top) Instructions 1. Beat cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside. 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. 3. Add pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice and continue beating until thoroughly combined. 4. Fold in one third of the whipped cream. 5. Cut Angel Food Cake into small pieces and line the bottom of your trifle dish with one third of the cake. 6. Layer with one third of the pumpkin mixture followed by one third of the remaining whipped cream. 7. Repeat layers twice, finishing with remaining whipped cream. 8. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

BRIGHT HOUSE IMPORTANT INFO - EQUIPMENT

If you move to another home in the Park, the Bright House equipment issued to you must be transferred to your new address by calling 321-254-3300 to report move, i.e. digital adapters, set top box, modem, etc. OR if you move out of the Park the equipment must be returned to Bright House. Be sure to get a receipt that the equipment was re-turned. BH holds you responsible for their equipment. It does not get transferred to the next homeowner.
