    EXPEDITING SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION:

    - visit of facility. - Review on machine DS600-200C, with end-closure 12 300 on pallet & central valve body 16 150 on

    second pallet. - Rough surfaces were machined internal bore and flat face of central body (Trevisan internal

  • - after these activities machine will be prepared for packing and shipment. - Trevisan is planning is to prepare ready for shipment by 18th of March 2014. - The estimated time for dispatch is 20 to 25 calendar days (still to be confirmed by shipping agent). - Customs formalities will be taken care of by Valtech Khusheim. - Some different machining steps have been taken videos and uploaded onto dropbox link Trevisan

    (addressed to Eyad Khusheim). - Serial numer and identification number of the CNC machine DS600-200C is 1535 (relevant pic

    uploaded). Year of construction 04-2014. - Machining had to be executed without cooling water/oil mixture. So the machining process and cycle

    is a bit longer and surface roughness is less accurate, but still very good and within acceptable tolerance.

    - We have concentrated to machine the end-closure, due to major complexity of machining. - The instruction & Maintenance Manual has been reviewed and have found some minor

    discrepancies, which have been sorted out and changed. -

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The below points are a MUST to be taken care of by Valtech Khusheim prior to arrival of Trevisan Ds600-200C CNC machining center in the facility.

    1. As per information in hands of Valtech Khusheim, it will be important to verify accuracy and existence of correct concrete foundation, where the machine will be installed in Valtech Khusheim facility.

    2. Please refer to drawing N. DS600-00-FOND5r3 and DS600_00_FOND5 for correct layout, concrete foundation and fixing. All exactly as per drawing MUST BE MADE BY CUSTOMER. It has been agreed with Trevisan to issue new revised drawings showing the counter nut M27 10 mm height.

    3. Important bush stay bolts during the concrete casting, anchor stay bolts and washer to be exectured and at Valtech Khusheim care.

    4. Moreover do not forget to make available enough nuts M27 high series as pr drawing for fixing. 5. It is recommended to verify the pavement asset at Valtech Khusheim facility to assure the machine will

    be installed on stable foundation and assure rigid stable anchorage and allow reliable performance of machining precision.

    6. Following accessories MUST be available upon arrival for installation: - Foundation (pavement) - Anchorage fixing tools (example: bush stay bolts) - Nuts high series M27 and counter nut M27 with 10 mm height. - Oil for lubrication for hydraulic circuit 600 liter HM46 type - Oil 25 liters G68 Type - Grease for lubrication Kluber brand NBU 15 / GLP 500 - Power supply (enough to run the machine) 37 kw a 3 phase power supply (best from top and not from

    ground). - Air supply 5 to 6 barg (best from top not from ground)

    RECOMMENDED ACTION:

  • - A Square in marble stone in order to use while installing CNC machine (normally is to tool that can be rented /hired locally). See pics with dimension 80cm & 50cm.

    - Moreover a straight marble stone tool of 10 cm width x15 cm height with length of 100 cm will be needed.

    It is understood, that is those foundation works and accessories, tools will not be available upon arrival, this may delay significantly the installation time of the machine.

    End-closure drawing: - as per end-closure drawing BDC02 1230, the tolerance indicated are far too tight for a valve

    design, it may end-up in the difficulties during assembly and Not to allow the soft seals to do an appropriate work. Such tolerances and roughness are needed only when using spring energises lipseals.

    - we used the measurement pointer to simulate and verify measurement accuracy, which works perfect ( and verified manually as well).

    - On end-closure drawing a dimension is wrong on the grease injection port instead of 19.5 mm the correct measurement is 30.75 mm.
