• TRES Founder & CEO - Brent Hollenbeck has a combined 20 years of experience in the military and private sector. While in the Marine Corps, Hollenbeck had a wide array of assignments culminating in a tour of duty at Camp David where he was awarded the Presidential Service Badge. Hollenbeck earned his MBA upon leaving the Corps and has held senior roles in sales, marketing, business development and general management within Philips N.A., Airpax Corporation, Sensata Technologies & TimberRock Energy Solutions. Hollenbeck has managed marketing and business development for $150M+products lines and has had full P&L responsibility for companies with both domestic and international operations and manufacturing. Beginning in 2009, Hollenbeck turned his focus exclusively to the renewable energy sector and the development of a new class of solar-energy products. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for U.S. Photovoltaics, Inc. and sits on the Board of Advisors for the Maryland Clean Energy Center.

• TRES Chief Operating Officer - Mark Bateman has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations and has held numerous executive management roles at blue-chip companies. Most notably, during his tenure as a senior executive within GE/Universal, Bateman held a variety of senior finance roles and responsibilities for brands such as Spencer Gifts and Universal Studios Orlando. Mark has lived in Barcelona, Spain and during that period was responsible for major new business development and European expansion for GE/Universal. Mark’s experience includes the review and evaluation of all operational, finance and reporting processes and procedures for large corporations, technology start-ups, government contractors and manufacturing businesses. Bateman was directly responsible for raising $2B in debt financing for the expansion of the Universal Studios City Walk and Islands of Adventure operations in central Florida.

• TRES Chief Financial Officer - Fred Ugast has more than 20 years experience managing finance and operations for growth-oriented technology-focused businesses. Ugast has participated in solar RPS rule-making sessions at the Maryland Public Service Commission and provided legislative testimony on issues impacting Solar Renewable Energy Facilities in Maryland. In addition to his responsibilities with TimberRock, Ugast is founder & CEO of US Photovoltaics.

• TRES Chief Technology Advisor - David Bateman is a successful entrepreneur and technologist with over 25 years of experience developing complex power management and power distribution technologies. Bateman is the founder & CEO of Cohelios, LLC which has partnered with TimberRock to develop grid-interactive solar inverters/chargers. Previously, Bateman founded ED&D, Inc. and from 1985 to 2008, conducted specialized research and development projects for the power generation industry. The resulting products are currently deployed in turbine and nuclear power plants around the world. Bateman developed and patented a proprietary two wire multiplexed protocol and a family of AC & DC energy management products (“E-Plex”). Bateman’s has been awarded US and International patents which include:

• TRES VP of Software - John Shafer has over 14 years experience in software application development working in a variety of disciplines including manufacturing, research, marketing & sales, financial systems and consumer markets. He has had parallel experience in mechanical and electrical system design in electronic and electro-mechanical manufacturing with expertise in process engineering and tool design.  John has been responsible for managing domestic and international customer/partner relationships during software application deployments to include training and troubleshooting both remote and abroad.  His experience includes developing consumer facing and B2B systems and application integration for critical, high volume, high availability and sensitive data.

• VP of Business Development - Andrew B. Maus is a qualified energy professional and capital advisor.
