Long Flights?
Upgrade if possible.. ITS WORTH IT Ear plugs & headphones Respect your space and everyone around
you Sleep-Inducers (zzzquil) Drink electrolytes & Get an aisle seat Bring activity books, reading books, tablets Do not drink alcohol the night before Pack light on the carry ons.
