Discount is only offered to travel agents and one (1) companion with a valid IATA, CLIA, or TRUE card. Rates are per person, per night, and quoted in USD. Subject to availability. Not applicable during holidays or black-out dates, which are as follows: March 25-April 1, June 18-August 18, November 19-25, and December 24, 2018-January 3, 2019. Requests must be received no more than 90 days in advance. Rates are non-commissionable. Rates do not include resort credit. Overlapping dates do not apply. Maximum stay is seven (7) nights. Maximum of four (4) guests per room including children. Maximum of one (1) room per stay with travel agent rate. Double occupancy (king bed) ONLY at Sun Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace. Requests for transfers must be submitted seven (7) business days prior to check-in date. For Mexico properties, please send requests to [email protected]. For Moon Palace Jamaica, please send requests to [email protected]. The rate schedule for roundtrip airport transfers varies by property. Discounts for travel agent and one companion are available as follows: golf (20% at participating courses), spa (15% on select spa treatments), and tours (10%, includes children). Valid card must be presented upon check-in at golf clubhouse and when reserving a spa treatment or tour. Discounts on golf apply to regular green fee only and do not apply to twilight or nine holes. Individual tee times can be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance by contacting [email protected]. Rates are not inclusive of the following promotions: $1,500 Resort Credit and Unlimited Golf. Terms are subject to change or may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.
