Summary
1. Civic par;cipa;on is fundamental for crea/ng healthy people and communi;es.
2. Informa;on technology has completely changed the ability of people to par;cipate in all aspects of government (input, analysis, decision-‐making, ac;on).
3. Government must embrace this change or someone else will.
