Transferring Contacts Samsung to BlackBerry 9900
First of all, you need to ensure all your contacts are saved to a Google Mail account:
1. Go into Contacts 2. All the contacts that are stored within a Google Account will have a next to it 3. If you have more than one Google Account, you will need to check which Google Account
they are stored on. To do this, while in Contacts press the Menu button, tap on Contacts to Display and choose your Google Accounts one at a time. This will then just show the contacts associated with that email address
4. Log into the Google Account the emails are stored in (go to https://mail.google.com), click on Gmail and choose Contacts, click More, click Export, select All Contacts, select Outlook CSV File and click Export
5. Save the file to your desktop (save as CSV (Comma delimited))

Now we need to save those contacts in Outlook: Outlook 2010
1. Click on File 2. Click Open 3. Click Import 4. Choose Import from another program or file 5. Click Next 6. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows) 7. Click Next 8. Click Browse and find the file where you saved it (i.e. Desktop) 9. Click Next 10. Choose the Destination folder (Contacts) 11. Click Next 12. Click Finish

Outlook 2007 & 2003
1. In the File menu, click Import and Export 2. Click Next 3. Click Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next 4. Click Browse and find the file you saved 5. Click Allow Duplicates and click Next

6. Choose Contacts and click Next 7. Click Finish
Now that your contacts are saved in Outlook, we can transfer them to your BlackBerry:
1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager 2. Connect your phone to your PC 3. Click Organizer 4. Tick Contacts 5. Click Configure 6. Set up a One Way Sync from Outlook to the BlackBerry (If you want to be able to continue to
sync your contacts between your BlackBerry and Outlook in the future, set up a two way sync)
7. Click Sync
