Healthcare organizations in 25 countries are making breakthroughs in patient care with TrakCare. TrakCare provides a comprehensive set of clinical, administrative, departmental, and add-on modules that empower care providers to create a seamless patient journey across locations and care settings.

Unlike other healthcare information systems, TrakCare is built upon a modern healthcare informatics platform instead of a siloed database. This platform embeds powerful, advanced capabilities that facilitate the delivery of more e$icient, e$ective care:

► Strategic Interoperability to deliver breakthroughs in coordinated care delivery across the continuum of care

► Analytics on current data to drive action and therefore improve outcomes and results

► Intuitive, Internet-based interface available wherever you have access to the Internet

► Unmatched flexibility that allows us to provide the benefits of a rich global solution that comes tailored for local requirements

TrakCare is a truly unified system with seamless modules that share a single user interface and use a single high performance database to store and share all patient records. In addition, TrakCare facilitates interoperability with legacy and future applications because it was built on our advanced integration engine within HealthShare.

We believe that well-designed electronic health record systems can improve patient safety while also enhancing productivity. TrakCare provides the rich clinical capabilities you’d expect from leading international EHR systems, and leads the market in complex data management capabilities, enabling customers to capture, share, understand and act on all of their data, leading to better clinical outcomes. In TrakCare, data is oriented around the patient with the information you’re looking for accessible from a single screen. Sophisticated workflow capabilities enable clinicians to readily view their most important priorities, see outstanding tasks, and collaborate with care teams – improving productivity and reducing cognitive burden.

InterSystems TrakCare is developed for the Internet era. It lets authorized healthcare professionals access and work with complete and up-to-date patient records on any Internet-connected device – tablets, smartphones, or computers. TrakCare automatically detects the type of device in use to optimize specific functionality, such as touch on a tablet or smartphone. Being an Internet-based system, TrakCare provides a lower cost of ownership – less expensive to run and easier to support.

TrakCare provides analytics that are easy to access because they are embedded in its modules. Analytics are performed on patient records that have been aggregated by TrakCare, so clinicians and administrators are able to make fully informed decisions based on complete and up-to-date information.

TrakCare Overview

Real-time management information is provided through reports, graphs, and dashboards. Users see predefined data models for clinical and administrative data, and can track their key performance indicators (KPI). With TrakCare’s pre-configured dashboards and the ability to drill down on dashboard content, clinicians and administrators are able to track – using current data – what is happening operationally and can take more timely actions.

TrakCare is one global product but comes pre-configured with ready-to-run workflows, EPR charts, screen layouts and other key system elements to meet the needs of local markets. This reduces implementation time and risk, and improves user adoption and satisfaction. The table below indicates how TrakCare modules relate to each other. Please contact your local InterSystems o$ice for more detailed Fact Sheets on each of these modules and to learn more about how TrakCare can enable breakthroughs in your organization.
