【2005】
“Training program of adenovirus vector”Overview: The advanced technology of adenovirus vector
is widely used and one of the genetic tools for the research
of gene delivery. We performed the training program for the
scientist who are not familiar with techniques of production,
purification and infection of recombinant adenoviruses
(rAds). In this course, we focused on (i) how to construct the
adenovirus shuttle vector and produce the adenovirus particle
and (ii) the rAd mediated gene transfer into the eukaryotic
cells and the animal model. We also gave a lecture entitled as
the safety and use of adenovirus vector and an overview of the
preparation of adenovirus vector.
