    6. Conclusions & recommendations:The firm has the additional manufacturing facilities namely Deep drawing punch and die-arrangement, foot ringmanufacturing tooling stay plate tooling required for 39.9 liters water capacity cylinders. No additional test facilities arerequired. The existing test facilities are sufficient for testing 39.9 liters cylinders also. The firm demonstrated manufacturtesting of 39.9 ltr water capacity cylinder using joggle jointed construction with MIG argon gas welding process for bungcircumferential welding successfully.

    The Batch was found meeting to all requirements as per IS:3196(Pt 1):2006. The firm may be permitted to manufacture 39.9water capacity cylinders with Joggle joint construction using MIG argon gas welding welding process for bung and circumferentialwelding.
